YC910 Series

YC910 Series air jet loom adopts the eccentric rockshaft bringing strong balance and solid stability, reducing the defect of running vibration of the loom body. Thus the ground vibration reduces 35%. The DSP system specializes in fast calculation and fast transmission mode, remaining no interference from outside, guaranteeing its super-performance with high speed and energy-saving mode.The upgraded comprehensive frame-guiding device, using double upper beams, has been installed with supporting plates to safeguard the heald frames in the front and the back, reducing vibration when the machine runs at a high speed, ensuring the stability under high speed and lessening the wear and tear of heald frames. YC910, with an increased speed of 20%, and power saving mode of 40%, it triumphed to reduce a great amount of electricity charge for the weaving factories, and also saved cost of purchase of air compressor equipment.
